We were tasked by the Oriental Interest Group Berhad (OIB Group) to assist with creating a physical guide to help first-time homeowners to understand the processes involved in getting their first home! OIB Group is a public listed developer in Malaysia with projects across the country. We ended up with a Monopoly board design to provide a detailed step-by-step process in procuring a home.
